Pets Are Family Here

Tailhaven started with one belief: a neighbourhood pet shop should know your pet's name, not just your order number.

OUR STORY

A Small Shop With High Standards

We opened Tailhaven Pet Market after years of watching pet aisles fill with flashy bags and thin advice. So we built the opposite: a shop that stocks fewer, better products — every recipe vetted by our team, many tested on our own notoriously picky animals first.

Bring any label into our store and we'll read it with you. No jargon, no upsell — just straight answers about what your dog, cat, parrot or guinea pig actually needs.

What We Stand For

Honest Nutrition

Named proteins first, no fillers, no mystery meals. If we wouldn't feed it to our own pets, it doesn't reach our shelves.

Every Species Welcome

Dogs and cats, plus the parrots, rabbits and hamsters other shops forget. Small pets get full aisles here, not a corner.

Shelter Partners

Every month we cover adoption fees for senior and bonded shelter pets — and every donated bag goes straight to kennels.
